Hi, I’m Liz.
I’m a menstrual health educator and coach. I’m warm, down to earth, and here to help — you can ask me anything.
I’m a certified FEMM and teenFEMM teacher, a Red School trained Menstruality Mentor, and mom to a 13 year old daughter.
The more I learn about our cycles — from biology and hormones to inner seasons and cyclical self care — the more I want to share.
I help you move from:
being caught off guard
feeling uneasy and awkward or dreading puberty
not knowing what a healthy, positive first period experience looks and feels like
being unsure what to say or do with your tween
feeling alone and disconnected
being hard on yourself and aiming for perfection
not knowing which resources to trust
unintentionally sending negative messages
making assumptions about what your tween needs and wants
to:
being self-aware and intentional
feeling confident and ready to be your favorite self
fostering a trusted connected with your tween
understanding modern resources and a full range of products
having supplies and a plan for marking the moment
putting together a first period kit your tween will love
successfully coaching your daughter through her first few years of cycling
building community with other moms for support and inspiration
